Have you ever wondered how stardust is made? Well, The "Starman" catches falling stars, gathers them lightly in his hand, and just softly blows * * * * * * * *

This sculpture is in my Starman series and takes its inspiration from my original Arm,Hand & Mask sculpture titled "Rest Assured". The hand holds a group of stars which are being blown off into space, off the edge of the fingers. The stars are made by hand with each new edition making each new work completely unique.

The whole piece is finished in a greenish/gold patina and the stars are polished to a gold tone.
