SOLD WORKS - Gallery 3 - PAINTINGS

Having recently moved to the lush surrounds of beautiful Maleny which is adjacent to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, I suddenly became fascinated with cows!

I have become so taken with the sculptural and endearing qualities of these gentle animals that I decided to explore their possibilities in glowing oil paint.

In the way that each animal is unique, my thoughts are to portray and perhaps humanise their individual personalities on canvas. I hope this comes through in the artworks you see here.

I sincerely believe that no matter what the viewer is looking at in an artwork there should always be beauty; in whatever shape or form it comes in.
